How much does delivery cost?
Delivery of Daile Food products are free!
Malaysia: For lower value orders under RM99, we charge a flat rate delivery fee of RM10 in line with our postage / courier costs.
Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, China, Australia, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: For lower value orders under RM199, we charge a flat rate delivery fee of RM30 in line with our postage / courier costs.

What is the cut off point?
We are really quick in processing all orders. All orders placed before 5pm will be picked up by our courier the next working day. We don't pick and pack at the weekend, so if you order then it will be packed on Monday and picked up by our courier on Tuesday.
As a good estimation, deliveries usually take no longer than 3 - 4 working days.
For Daile Personalized Series, every order is a personalized food - upon every successful order placement, Daile Food will take 2-3 days to be processed for delivery. Please be assured that our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, you can expect to receive your order not longer than 7 working days.
Where can I track my order?
We are usually really quick in processing all orders, all orders typically leave our warehouse the next working day. An email notification will be dropped in your inbox with the tracking number as part of our update.
Otherwise, you will also be able to find your order shipping status and tracking information under your shopping account dashboard.
Who should I contact for issues with my delivery?
If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or mis-delivered, please contact care@bydaile.co within 7 days of the original delivery date. If we are made aware outside of this time period, it is unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered.
